Inquiry records are stored in a private database. Uploaded files are held in private storage and are accessible to authorized staff. Hosting, database, storage, and email providers process information needed to operate the service.

Website activity

We record basic page visits, device categories, campaign attribution, and estimator activity. Session identifiers use browser session storage. We do not add advertising trackers or request precise geographic location.

Your choices

Provide only information needed to describe your project. Do not upload sensitive personal records. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry by contacting us at query@erosae.com.

Retention

We retain inquiries while needed for the project discussion and business records. Authorized staff review deletion requests and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
